Javier Rueda is an Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Atlántico- Colombia with a masters in Integral Logistics,
Javier has experience as an adviser of transportation in the Barranquilla Metropolitan Area, coordinating activities related to the Fare Stabilization Fund of the Integrated Mass Transit System.

In his PhD, He is studying how to promote changes in travel behavior to active mobility.
