António Toscano holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Urbanism, Transports and Systems at Instituto Superior Técnico.
António’s interests lie in helping cities become more sustainable and livable through his knowledge of mobility, urbanism and land use. In line with this vision, he developed his master’s thesis, which assessed the impacts of a cycling infrastructure.
