Miguel Alvelos

Miguel Alvelos is a student of the master’s degree in Transportation Systems at Instituto Superior Técnico.

Having always had a passion for transportation, his interest areas include sustainable urban mobility and transportation modelling, being influenced in part by his background as an Applied Mathematics bachelor from the University of Lisbon.

Beyond academia, he enjoys going on walks, as well as watching movies, playing chess, and getting involved with the community. He is also a mathematics tutor for school-aged children.
