Miguel Alves holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico, specializing in Urbanism, Transports and Systems.
Passionate about data-driven urban planning, his thesis explored how machine learning and spatial analysis can assess the impact of street design interventions on public perception. Beyond academics, he has gained experience in communication through the Pedagogical Council and in project and team management at the Students’ Association.
